Taj is an artist and illustrator (BFA Illustration & Graphic Design, Art Center College of Design, 2012), and a chef in training (Culinary Master Chef Program, Los Angeles Cooking School, 2024).
Taj is a grad student at the Culinary Institute of America (scheduled commencement Summer 2026), a gym rat, a drum & bass enthusiast (jungle is massive), and would really appreciate it if old tumblr came back.
